In a recent bombing barrage on Ukraine, Russian military hit an American-owned electronics plant near the Hungarian border. According to Samya Kullab and Illia Novikov writing for Associated Press, the plant is one of the largest U.S. investments in that country.
Russia launched 574 drones and 40 ballistic and cruise missiles overnight, the Ukrainian air force said. The attack mostly targeted western regions of the country where much of the military aid provided by Ukraine’s Western allies is believed to be delivered and stored. The strikes killed at least one person and injured 15 others, according to officials. A U.S. electronics plant near the Hungarian border was struck, according to Andy Hunder, president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. The Flex factory is one of the biggest American investments in Ukraine, Hunder told The Associated Press.

Hunder had choice words for the Russia‘s brutal regime, stating its goal is to “humiliate” American businesses. “The message is clear: Russia is not looking for peace,” Hunder told AP. “Russia is attacking American business in Ukraine, humiliating American business.”
Vladimir Putin’s campaign of terror against Ukraine has a seemingly willing partner in Donald Trump, who earlier this month abandoned a ceasefire plan after a meeting with the Russian president. And in March, Trump cut off intel-sharing with and military aid to Ukraine—which was, according to the founder of TrumpFile, a sign of the early stages of World War III.
In the eyes of Ukraine and other ally countries, the Trump administration has now officially committed to the expansion of the Russian empire, no matter the lives lost or the international alliances ended.

Donald’s “Vladimir, STOP!” missive in April is about as harsh as he gets in terms of condemnation for Putin’s decades-long campaign of murderous butchery.

And his gesturing meekly toward the “peace” “deal” was exactly that, as evidenced by his 180º after huddling with Putin. To the bombs hitting American interests in Ukraine, Donny’s response (if you can even call it that) was of a similar feebleness: “I told him I’m not happy about it.”
Can you imagine how Republicans and national media would react if Joe Biden failed in such a specific way to condemn Russia’s attack on American interests?
