New York state Attorney General Barbara Underwood files a lawsuit against Donald Trump and the Trump Foundation for using the charity for self enrichment and funding political campaigns.

Trump argues that he can’t be sued because he is a sitting president, which Justice Saliann Scarpulla of the New York state Supreme Court overrules.
In 2016, Trump admitted to using the non-profit for political contributions at least one time.
