Newsmax announces that Andrew Giuliani– Rudy Giuliani’s son– and Trump adviser Jason Miller have been hired as contributors to the propaganda network.
Newsmax CEO Christopher Ruddy said Miller and Giuliani “have been Washington insiders without becoming part of the problem. Both of these gentlemen have tremendous track records in media and government, making their analysis of news events even more insightful for our viewers.”

Jason Miller was the chief spokesman for the 2016 Trump campaign. After the campaign, he became a CNN contributor but left the network amid allegations that he accidentally impregnated a stripper and drugged her to abort the pregnancy.
He went on to co-host Steve Bannon’s podcast, which has at times featured Bannon calling for public executions of government officials. Miller was brought on to the 2020 Trump campaign as a senior adviser in June and is still in that position, sans campaign.
Giuliani was the associate director in the Office of Public Liaison before he was promoted to Special Assistant to the President in 2019. Unlike his father, he had no experience in politics or government prior to his work in the Trump administration. Despite this, he considered running for mayor of New York City last year.
Former Trump press secretary Sean Spicer has his own show on Newsmax, and Bannon has been a paid contributor in the past.
In November, Newsmax platformed a Trump attorney who advocated for the execution of U.S. cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs. The call for Krebs’ execution came after his office reported that there was no widespread fraud in the election.
Newsmax CEO Chris Ruddy is a former member of the Council for National Policy, an extremist, billionaire-funded dark money group whose members were behind many Trump administration policies. The group is currently waging anti-democratic policy wars in states across the nation.
