On July 12, Trump took to Truth Social to threaten to take away comedian Rosie O’Donnell’s citizenship.
Because of the fact that Rosie O’Donnell is not in the best interests of our Great Country [sic], I am giving serious consideration to taking away her Citizenship [sic]. She is a Threat [sic] to Humanity [sic], and should remain in the wonderful Country [sic] of Ireland, if they want her. GOD BLESS AMERICA!

The President does not have the authority to deprive any American of their citizenship, but he has threatened to multiple times.
Celebrity Rosie O’Donnell is a natural-born United States citizen, specifically born in the state of New York. She has a First Amendment right to criticize Trump. As of the time of this writing, there is no evidence that she violated any law, or did anything inimical to the interests of the United States. Even then, revoking her citizenship would be impossible.
On January 15, O’Donnell moved to Ireland in an effort to receive Irish citizenship via her Irish ancestry derived from her grandparents. It is legal in the United States to be a dual citizen.
O’Donnell and Trump have been engaged in a bitter feud since December 2006. She criticized Trump for reinstating Miss USA contestant Tara Conner, despite the fact that she had violated several rules. Trump initiated a media blitz against her in retaliation, and has repeatedly attacked her since.
