Following a meeting with South Korean President Lee Jae Myung, Donald Trump told reporters that he may be placing a 200% tariff “or something” on Chinese imports if Beijing refuses to export its rare-earth magnets to the United States. “They have to give us magnets, if they don’t give us magnets, then we have to charge them 200% tariffs or something.”
