TL;DR version: you’re safe!
Who we are
Our website address is: https://trumpfile.org
What personal data we collect and why
Contact forms
Any information you include while using a form on this website to contact us is delivered straight to our secure, encrypted email address. Nothing about your message is saved to our servers, and we do not share any information from our inbox with third parties.
Comments (None)
We have comments turned off at all times to limit the personal data that is obtained by our website and to prevent the website from being spammed by bots and trolls.
Media (None)
We do not allow site visitors to upload any photos, videos, or other files so as to limit the personal data that is obtained by our website.
Cookies
We limit the cookies on our website to only the bare minimum Google Analytics services. These are:
- A cookie used to determine how long visitors use the site. This cookie is also designed to help with advertising/marketing campaigns, but we do not use this information for either purpose. The cookies store information anonymously and assign a randomly generated number to identify unique visitors.
- A cookie to store information of how visitors use the website and helps in creating an analytics report of how the website is doing. The data collected includes the number of visitors, the website where you found a link to us if that’s how you found us, the pages viewed on the site (but not which users view them), and a vague location like your nearest metro area. All data is anonymous.
- A cookie that generates a random, anonymous tag for each user to separate one visitor from another.
Embedded content from other websites
We do our absolute best to not include embedded media such as YouTube videos, social media posts, etc. from any website so that we are certain no other company or person is collecting your data while you’re here. Any tweets or videos that are pertinent to the information will be included as a link to their source rather than embedded content. If you do see something that looks embedded, such as a tweet or other social media post, it is a screenshot uploaded to our servers to protect your data.
How long we retain your data
No data on you is ever collected by our website directly. Google Analytics will keep your anonymous, random identifier for up to two years to let us know you are a returning visitor and not a first-time user.
What rights you have over your data
Since we do not collect any information about you ourselves, your rights to your data are up to Google’s own privacy policy / anonymous data collection.
Where we send your data
Since we do not collect any information about you ourselves, we have no personal data to send to anyone else. We also do not share any Google Analytics data with third parties.
