Sometime in November after Donald Trump has lost the election, exact date unknown, Parler executives revisit talks of offering Trump a 40% stake in the company in return for him using the app.
Trump wants an ownership stake, but negotiations continue. The plan moves forward until Parler is hit with the aftermath of the Capitol attack.
Parler CEO John Matze and shareholders Dan Bongino and Jeffrey Wernick first met with the Trump Campaign in June but were shut down by White House counsel.
