Nancy Pelosi informs Congress that if Donald Trump does not resign immediately, she will be forced to start impeachment proceedings on Monday.
Democrats and some Republicans have called for either impeachment or the 25th Amendment to remove Donald Trump. Pelosi originally said she would only pursue impeachment if Vice President Mike Pence did not take action on the 25th Amendment.
Pelosi takes this new position after Pence said he would not pursue Trump’s removal.
