The National Labor Relations Board moved to settle a 2022 case accusing Elon Musk’s SpaceX of firing employees who criticized Musk, rather than continuing to pursue the lawsuit in court. The case is now on hold as negotiations begin.
This is one of many examples of the Trump administration cracking down on legal actions and investigations that could damage Elon Musk’s finances.
