The FBI warns every state that protests similar to the Capitol attack are coming to their own state legislatures.
At least one group is planning to “storm” state, local, and federal government courthouses and administrative buildings if Donald Trump is removed from office before Inauguration Day. If he is not, the attack will take place on Inauguration Day.
Another group is planning to travel to Washington, DC on January 16, just in time for the January 17 event that Twitter warned about previously.
The memo includes information provided by the ATF, DEA, Defense Department, Park Police, and the U.S. Marshals, among other agencies, according to the official. Some of the information came from social media, some from open source, and some from other sources of information.

Almost a week after the Capitol attack, there has been no official government address to the nation like the U.S. has seen after other terrorist attacks.
