126 House Republicans sign on to support a Texas lawsuit that asks the Supreme Court to overturn the election results in swing states that Donald Trump lost. Those states are Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
Trump had Rep. Mike Johnson send an email asking Republicans in Congress to back the lawsuit.
The Supreme Court rejected the suit, saying in a brief order that Texas “has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections.”
