On or shortly before January 1, Roger Stone begins asking for donations that he intends to spend on security to help Trump supporters “change history” in D.C. on January 6.
Stone doesn’t pay for professional security, though. He pays for the expenses of at least one militia group, the Oath Keepers, to join him in Washington.
A couple days after the Capitol attack, Stone tells RT (Russia Today) that he was invited to lead a march to the Capitol but declined. Alex Jones leads the march instead.
